Why preventive maintenance begins with software development
The Belgian federal government’s economics department wanted to optimize the management of 26 buildings of which 7 were already implemented in the Space Management module. (Total Floor space +/- 120.000 m²).
PROCOS Group consulted the implementation of a large number of ARCHIBUS applications. We developed and documented the processes and then implemented them in ARCHIBUS. Finally we customized the software, provided training to staff members and supported them after the launch.
For the corrective maintenance (work on demand) our team implemented the Service Desk and the On Demand Work application. The detailed processes with their SLA’s and KPI’s have been implemented using these applications.
