How to turn Cegeka’s new headquarters into a talent magnet
Cegeka is a major European ICT player. Its technology and innovation enable businesses to facilitate their digital transformation. Cegeka’s combined approach of strategic thinking and practical implementation has sparked an impressive growth rate. The company needed a new future-proof headquarters to further foster its expansion.
PROCOS Group developed a strategic plan built around the choice of location for Cegeka’s new headquarters. Corda Campus in Hasselt, Belgium, is the leading tech campus in the EUREGIO, the cross-border region situated between the Netherlands and Germany. Corda provided the Cegeka team with an inspiring location and business environment for its new headquarters and future plans. Our idea was to anchor Cegeka within the startup community and the Professional University PXL . This way, Cegeka would become an integrated part of a high-tech cluster of education, startups and innovation services, attracting new talent to fuel its growth.
The Corda 3 building is Cegeka’s new headquarters, currently occupying three floors and nearly 7,000 square meters of office space. It’s a creative working environment that accommodates roughly 300 employees. The highlight of the concept is the ground floor Business Lounge. This is a unique meeting place and experience area that’s open for Cegeka business partners, clients, startups and students looking for an inspiring place to create their next innovation. By opening space for PXL’s students, Cegeka ensures its connection with the next generation of engineers and developers.
PROCOS Group drew up the specifications, designed the new office concept and executed space planning, interior design and supported in the procurement process for the fit out. We also managed the roll out and delivered on schedule.
