The new headquarters for the Belgian Federation for the construction industry is labelled as a smart building in use. A new fit out, an update of the installations and new technology is one component. Our team implemented smart facility management with new procedures supported by ARCHIBUS. The entire process was managed in BIM and with VR the team was able to visit the new office already at the start of the project.
