Luminus – Brussel (BE)

Luminus is an important energy provider in Belgium with its largest offices in Brussels, Liège and Hasselt. The company is known for its innovative and durable approach to enable energy consumers to reduce their carbon footprint. How to translate Luminus’ vision to facilitate people and to build a more sustainable society?

PROCOS Group partnered with Luminus in an ambitious program driven by human resources, ICT and facility management. By providing a holistic view on the subject, PROCOS Group delivered an integrated solution to empower the Luminus employees, optimize the company’s own eco footprint and deliver on the brand’s message for more sustainability. This way, Luminus was able to reduce space and increase performance. The move to Brussels’ nearly zero energy building “Seven” was a bold statement for Luminus to prove its business strategy went well beyond greenwashing.

Our team translated the ”Power To You” HR vision into a combined plan for all large Luminus offices in Belgium. This way we managed to radically reduce office space while creating the ideal working circumstances for agile working in squads and scrum teams to collaborate. The move to the eco-friendly Seven building in Brussels confirmed Luminus as a credible voice in the sustainability debate. Moreover, Luminus realized its full potential to empower its employees by providing them with the working environment, including telework, they need for agile working.

PROCOS Group supported Luminus throughout the entire project and was responsible for the vision, concept development, interior design, macro and micro layout. Additionally, our team drew up the specifications and measurement sheets and handled the project management for maximum client satisfaction.
