New talented developers needed!
When TP Vison was created, as a joint venture of Philips and TP, all Philips television business was incorporated in this new company. A new journey for the old television factory in Brugge was started. A transformation from TV production and research plant into a high tech competence center was begun. Connections with universities and open research platforms was the future. Leaving the outdated factory was a must to attract new talented engineers and researchers.
To create a new home for these ambitious teams, we deep dived into the television business. With workshops, interviews, analyses and discussions the program of requirements for the new office was developed. The technical needs for the Research & Development center, with sophisticated labs, were driving our consultants almost crazy.
When the design of the new building started, we convinced the architect to modify the building to the specific requirements. The collaboration with the entire design team and the contractors was great. In the meantime, the change management program was up and running.
Moving to the new building at Technologie Campus in Gent was fantastic: 6 floors with new offices, labs with state of the art technology, a large break out with a restaurant and a lot of collaboration space. Ready for the future and new talent at TP Vision.
