All the smart and talented people of the consultancy firm Bain & Company really needed an appropriate working environment. Especially when they are in the office after traveling or projects abroad. The 23^rd and 24^th floor of the Blue Tower at Avenue Louise had all elements to become a top spot, enjoying the sunset over Brussels.

To ensure a sustainable floor plan that could support the ambition of the team, flexibility in the lay out was a priority. Partners and employees should be able to grow the business without changes in the fit out. Fire regulation in this office tower was a main concern during design and execution. Our team managed the entire process with passion and delivered the project within the constraints.

All team members love the team walls. They give an individualized touch and make the working environment feel like home. Meeting places are everywhere. The new office generates one big problem: the consultants don’t want to get out anymore!
